Wood Fence Goes Vinyl: This was a BIG yard, and I started by using a backhoe to tear out the old fence and fill the dumpster. Then I installed the new vinyl privacy fence.

Brought this door back to life by removing many coats of oxidized polyurethane and re-staining in the original color.

Maximized outdoor living by extending the original, narrow deck, then add a pergola, railings, and a staircase to the back yard.

Replaced the original wood deck, bowing and rotted, by building a retaining wall and filling with gravel and sand, laying pavers on top and crowning it with the re-claimed wrought iron fence from the original deck.
